finddll.dll is a library file that is responsible for implementing main parasite functions and running its destructive payload. The finddll.dll file cannot run by itself and therefore needs to be loaded with the help of some executable files. However, certain parasites reconfigures the operating system or installs finddll.dll as a plugin, so that the system or certain applications automatically load it on startup.

You have to delete the finddll.dll file immediately after you have found it. The parasite will continue to violate your privacy and harm your computer unless finddll.dll and all related objects will not be completely removed from the system.
