liqad.ini is a configuration file containing essential settings of main parasite components. These settings are used to initialize a parasite on startup, describe its standard behavior and reconfigure its base functions. The liqad.ini file doesn't carry any payload and therefore is unable violate your privacy or harm your computer. However, a parasite needs it to work properly, so deleting liqad.ini may brake certain threat's functions and even prevent it from running.
The liqad.ini file is installed and used by AdBreak.
